Refunds and cancellation
SharpBit Pro is a subscription. You pick monthly or yearly, you can cancel anytime, and you keep Pro through the end of the period you already paid for. The free plan never charges.
How billing works
Pro auto-renews on the same date each month (monthly plan) or year (yearly plan) until you cancel. You can switch between monthly and yearly from the billing portal; the change applies at the next renewal.
How to cancel
Open the billing portal from your account in the app and tap Cancel subscription. You will keep Pro through the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again. No emails, no friction.
Refunds
If Pro is not for you and you reach out within 30 days of your first Pro charge, we will refund that charge in full, no questions. Outside that window, we generally do not refund past charges, but if something feels off (a duplicate charge, a renewal you did not expect because we did not make it clear), email us and we will make it right.
If a charge fails
Stripe retries on its own. While that is happening your account stays on Pro for a short grace window so a bank hiccup never costs you a streak. If the retries fail your account flips to free at the end of the paid period; you can resubscribe anytime from the same place.
